Terms of Use

1、 General Provisions of the Agreement

This agreement is between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and the aerial work platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") regarding the use of platform services. Please carefully read and fully understand all the contents of this agreement, especially the clauses that exempt or limit liability, before using the platform services.

By clicking the "Agree" button or starting to use the platform services, it is deemed that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all the contents of this agreement, and this agreement shall have legal effect between you and the platform.

2、 Service Description

The platform provides high-altitude operation information matching services, including but not limited to building maintenance, equipment installation, cleaning, electrical engineering, and other types of high-altitude operation services. As an intermediary, the platform does not directly provide labor and does not assume the main responsibility for employment.

The platform has the right to adjust service content, charging standards, and service areas at any time according to business needs, and notify users in advance through platform announcements or messages.

3、 User account

Users must provide truthful and accurate personal information when registering an account, and are responsible for account security. Users are not allowed to transfer, lend or allow others to use their accounts through any means.

The platform shall not be held responsible for any account information leakage or use by others due to the user's own reasons. When users discover abnormal accounts, they should immediately contact the platform customer service to freeze their accounts.

4、 Ordering and Payment

After placing an order through the platform, users need to complete the payment within the specified time limit. Orders that are not paid within the time limit will be automatically cancelled. After the payment is completed, the platform will match the user with suitable operators.

The platform supports mainstream payment methods such as WeChat Pay, Alipay, and bank cards. All payments are processed through licensed payment institutions, ensuring the security of funds.

5、 Refund and cancellation

Before the start of work, users can apply to cancel orders, and the paid fees will be refunded within 5 working days. After the start of work, if an order is cancelled, the platform will deduct the corresponding fees based on the progress of the work.

If the service cannot be completed due to platform or operator reasons, the platform will provide a full refund and corresponding compensation.

6、 Disclaimer

The platform has provided accident insurance for each job, but users should be aware that the safety conditions at the work site must be guaranteed by the user, and the platform and operators are not responsible for accidents caused by users providing false working conditions.

When users have objections to the work results, they should raise them within 48 hours after confirmation is completed. Failure to do so will be considered as acceptance, and the platform will no longer accept related complaints.

7、 Agreement amendment

The platform has the right to revise this agreement based on changes in laws and regulations and business needs. The revised agreement will take effect 7 days after the platform's announcement. Users who continue to use platform services are considered to have accepted the revised agreement.

If the user does not accept the revised content, they can cancel their account and stop using the platform services.
